Toy horns loudly blow
In rooms full of engaging people
Church bells constant ringing
Is heard for miles
Down quiet country roads
While the crowded air in the city skies
Is surrounded with exploding lights and booming loud noises

But our ears hear nothing
Our eyes see only each other nakedness
In the dim light of the room

Lips dispatched deep kisses
Fingertips roam and touch intimate places
While sex organs thrust and tug on one another
As we bring in the New Year all alone
Consummating the intimacy
Of our love
In the new of the New Year
That's coming too...
